It was great that I could preview the stock online, and go into the dealership with an idea of what I might test drive. I was greeted by Andy upon arrival, and right away he had two cars ready to show me; interestingly enough the car I liked online was ill-suited, but the one he suggested for me was great and better priced! He soon sat me down with Ben who clearly explained all the financials, and helped me get the best deal possible. My Toyota Corolla is an awesome 2014 sport model, and great to drive! I will recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new car. More

I was quoted a great price via the internet working Kristi Alguire who answered countless emails and helped set up financing and found us the color and option package we wanted. She had the car on the lot in less then 48 hours for us to test drive! When we came in to look at the van we met Jeff Spiess. He was very laid back, showed us the features of the van and was very attentive and informative. Jeff istened a lot and gave us good insight and advice on features of the van. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made us feel very comfortable in the buying process. From the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out, it took about an hour and a half. It was a very smooth transaction with no surprises. The staff at Anderson Toyota made us feel like family. Thanks for the great buying experience! More

Used Car Purchase I live in Wisconsin, 2 1/2 hours away. Was scheduled to pick up a used Lexus on Friday May 6th. I showed up well before the appointed time. My sale I live in Wisconsin, 2 1/2 hours away. Was scheduled to pick up a used Lexus on Friday May 6th. I showed up well before the appointed time. My sales rep, Mike Sartino was not available, so Chris Beto took over, and prepped the car, began explaining all the gadgets, was extremely helpful. No question too stupid. Mike arrived and took over. I'd say I received double the service. Kudos to both Mike and Chris. I also dealt with Ben Bleed in finance. This was an out of state purchase and had to do the extra paperwork, the financing, the warranty information. He put the deal together in a very short amount of time, more than satisfied with the very low rate, all the work. This was a hurry up situation and there was a slight glitch in down payment. Ben worked out, and I drove away in my almost new LX460 that day. The only reason they don't get a 5-star is I tried to call the finance office on Monday, left my name and number and have not received a call back. (I tried Ben but he is on vacation this week.) As a courtesy I wish someone would have called back. More

Best service experience ever! I was looking for a reasonable used car for my daughter and I was fortunate enough to encounter Ben Bleed. Shopping for used cars is always associate I was looking for a reasonable used car for my daughter and I was fortunate enough to encounter Ben Bleed. Shopping for used cars is always associated with stress, especially when you are a woman. Ben made it so easy. The car that I found online was no longer available and Ben quickly found me a comparable car that was actually a bit better. I came in late evening and Ben was very welcoming and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. The deal had to be finished the next day and even though Ben was scheduled to be off work that day he made time to come in and help me finish the deal. He even came to pick me up and took me to the dealership because I didn't have my car with me. Though I was buying a lower priced used car, I felt like I was buying a Lexus. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality used car to see Ben at Lexus of Rockford. More

Ben went above the call of duty to explain all the features of our new Lexus, and showed tremendous patience with all our questions. He stressed that he was further available to call him prior to our 30 day return inspection if we needed assistance with any of the technology on the RX. More
