Since I purchased my F150 there 6 mos ago, I opted WAF over the collision center (Caliber) recommended by my insurer - expecting a better outcome. It took 4 wks to complete the work which would have been acceptable if the work was superior. When I picked up my vehicle on 3/26, it was filthy - covered with dust like it had been parked at a construction site. I was excited to finally have my truck and assumed that it was "all good" I paid and departed on my trip.... When I returned on Friday afternoon and washed the truck, I could see debris in the paint, orange peel, "fish-eye" on the R front fender and overspray on the R rear window and B-Post trim.... Nice way to start the Holy Easter weekend. My initial intent was to come in on Monday, 4/1 and raise xxxx... for what, so you can have my truck for another month while you re-paint it and mess it up even more. No thanks. I removed the overspray w alcohol and lacquer thinner and I'm just going to move on.
