I am disappointed to be told I will have to pay $170.00 just to diagnose an issue. As a customer, it makes no sense to me and if there is a good reason, tell me. But if it is to just hook it up to a machin just to diagnose an issue. As a customer, it makes no sense to me and if there is a good reason, tell me. But if it is to just hook it up to a machine-that is a true ripoff. Due to that fee I will not have Ford fix the issue. Not will I recommend Ford. However this is not a reflection on the customer service at this location. Everyone is very nice and helpful. More

I bought lifetime windshield wiper replacement from Wayne Akers Ford. Was told that Wayne Akers sold to another company, and they don't honor lifetime replacement warranty on wiper blades by Rep. Paperwork still reads Wayne Akers Ford. More

Just having somebody to answer your phone would be a plus!!!! You need help.
