Had 8am appointment to drop off car for a recall and take shuttle home. Waited patiently for a shuttle for an hour before starting to nicely ask. Got the run around for another 45 minutes. 1 hour and 45 minu shuttle home. Waited patiently for a shuttle for an hour before starting to nicely ask. I went into have my car repaired. After my repair, two days later my engine light comes on again. This time I have a hole in my gas tank and it will cost $2000.00 to repair. On the prior diagnostic they d days later my engine light comes on again. This time I have a hole in my gas tank and it will cost $2000.00 to repair. On the prior diagnostic they did not find a hole in my gas tank, but somehow I am responsible for this repair. I am extremely unhappy with Ford and particular this location. This dealer should pay the for the entire repair. More

I am disappointed to be told I will have to pay $170.00 just to diagnose an issue. As a customer, it makes no sense to me and if there is a good reason, tell me. But if it is to just hook it up to a machin just to diagnose an issue. As a customer, it makes no sense to me and if there is a good reason, tell me. But if it is to just hook it up to a machine-that is a true ripoff. Due to that fee I will not have Ford fix the issue. Not will I recommend Ford. However this is not a reflection on the customer service at this location. Everyone is very nice and helpful. More
