Not anymore! Ben eliminated all those used car salesman stereotypes. He was friendly, honest, and open about pricing, the condition of the car I was interested, answered all my questions, and took care of my concerns right away. He and "Finance Ben" are the poster children for how much the car business has changed for the better. Great experience all around. Thank you, Ben! More
