I’m about to make my second payment on the vehicle I purchased at AutoMax in Ocala, so it’s been roughly 2-3 months since I purchased my vehicle. I was the victim of a hit and run which totaled my vehic purchased at AutoMax in Ocala, so it’s been roughly 2-3 months since I purchased my vehicle. I was the victim of a hit and run which totaled my vehicle, but I absolutely love the vehicle I purchased at automax and see it almost as a blessing in disguise. I’d wager AutoMax doesn’t have a single bad vehicle/lemon on their lot, which makes dealing with them a pleasant and reassuring experience. At the time of this purchase, COVID-19 is/was still influencing the vehicle market and prices of used and new vehicles heavily, but I still feel as if I walked away getting a great amount of value for the vehicle I purchased (2019 Honda Insight hybrid for less than $20k with 30k miles). The sales assistants weren’t pushy, harassing or annoying, mine (Ben, I believe his name is spelled Binjamin/Binjimin) was absolutely wonderful. He was helpful, and seemed determined to help me, not sell me something. I told him my price limits, what I was looking for, and he helped me find a vehicle. at no point did I feel pressured, uncomfortable, or followed. I felt assisted, which is exactly how I feel the buying expire once should go; most of the time I wish I could just browse alone, but I was very happy Ben was there to assist me, which I think is rare and very noteworthy. This was our very first time at OCALA AUTO MAX. and, the overall experience itself was definitely flawless and FIVE STARS.***** Ben was patient wit This was our very first time at OCALA AUTO MAX. and, the overall experience itself was definitely flawless and FIVE STARS.***** Ben was patient with us and was not over-bearing as we have experienced from other Local car Sales Personnel at other dealerships. He listened to us attentively and worked within our BUDGET. I had my heart set on a small SUV, and, BEN found one. He did not say if it’s out of my Budget that I would have to get a earlier year than what I was focused on as other Sales Personnel would do just to get me in a car knowingly I would not be happy with.Ben was and is not like other Sales Personnel we have met In the past. He was most objective and encouraging as well as positive/hopeful that we would find something within our price range, and, we surely did find something. When we did come across a vehicle he explained everything about the vehicle most thoroughly from the start to the end of process when he then introduced us to another Employee to go over the next step of the process with us. Ben waited for us patiently until we finished and went over last minute details and even stated he had filled the vehicle with gas so we would be covered in our journey home.
