My experience with Ben, my salesman, was phenomenal. Couldn't ask for better service, He was awesome. My only complaint is check engine light came on 30 minutes after I left the lot. My wife and I were in the market for a used car and stopped by auto max to look around, our salesperson Ben showed us 3 different vehicles that we took for a test drive, we ended up in a Lexus. Ben went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Once the vehicle hit inventory he called me to let me know it was in. After it was inspected and got the green light to test drive it, h looking for. Once the vehicle hit inventory he called me to let me know it was in.
