We wanted a couple things corrected on the 21 Used Honda HRV, and he had them corrected in less than an hour. Mr Rodney in finance is a seasoned pro as well. I originally went into Mazda just to get my current vehicle serviced and wasn’t expecting anything more. But I received a call from the sales team saying they were confident they could offer me a great vehicle serviced and wasn’t expecting anything more. But I received a call from the sales team saying they were confident they could offer me a great deal—possibly even paying more for my CX-9 than it was worth. I told them I’d only consider it if they could get me into a newer CX-9 for the same monthly payment. Honestly, I didn’t think it was possible. What really stood out to me was Ben’s honesty and straightforward approach. I truly appreciated how upfront he was throughout the process. When the initial pricing didn’t meet my expectations, both Ben and Dave went above and beyond to make it work. In the end, they got me into a newer CX-9, kept my monthly payment the same, and included GAP insurance. To top it all off, they even helped me find better car insurance, saving me about $50 a month! This experience truly felt like I was being taken care of by family. I’m incredibly happy to be a part of the Mazda family now. More
