Amazing car and amazing people at sapaugh. This was an excellent experience. I drove 13 hours in snowy/icy conditions from Texas to do business with this dealership. Id do it again (Just not This was an excellent experience. I drove 13 hours in snowy/icy conditions from Texas to do business with this dealership. Id do it again (Just not in the winter). Car was ready and staged, all I had to do was unload my trade in off the trailer, load the new one and sign on the dotted line. MIKE went through the process and Ben wor rked his magic beforehand so it was smooth sailing (except for the 12 hour drive home). What a beautiful area as well, scenic highways, quaint accommodations and fair and friendly people. More

Financial pressure My entire family has bought multiple vehicles from here. We had a good salesman but when it came time for us to do the financial aspect of the deal I My entire family has bought multiple vehicles from here. We had a good salesman but when it came time for us to do the financial aspect of the deal I felt very pressured to purchase the extended warranty ( that I absolutely did not want) the man pressured us and my husband gave in just to get out of there. I told them that I did not want it and that I needed the payment as low as I possibly could. The man did not listen to me at all. The truck is great but I am not happy with being pressured into something that we did not want!! More
