Poor customer relations trying to cancel service contract I purchased a new 2018 2500 HD Silverado on Saturday, March 31 and purchased a service contract with the vehicle. After researching the service contr I purchased a new 2018 2500 HD Silverado on Saturday, March 31 and purchased a service contract with the vehicle. After researching the service contract company, I decided I didn't want it and called to cancel on Monday, April 2. I've talked to four different people at Mtn View and was told by three of them that the contract was cancelled only to find out today (May 7) that it's still not cancelled. Constant runaround and back and forth with different people. Terrible customer service after the purchase. This was my third vehicle purchased at Mtn View and will certainly be my last. I'm not suffering from buyers remorse here. I love the new truck and the purchase price was thousands less than i could find this truck anywhere else. It was a good deal. They just won't try to help me with a simple service contract cancellation. More
