Helpful, nervous, excited, happy and in love I went to Mtn View just to have my husband truck look at and had no intentions of buying a car but I have been looking at the Traverse for a few year I went to Mtn View just to have my husband truck look at and had no intentions of buying a car but I have been looking at the Traverse for a few years. I went to get a book about the Traverse and Mr. Sean Moses asked me if he could help me and I said I'm not buying a car today but he said you just want to look and I said yes. Sean was very nice well spoken and has a very lovely smile. He pulled one around for me to look at and when we found out I would be there for a while ask if I would like to drive it home and come back later (we had to pick up the truck) so I did. I loved it but not white and with no leather. I was nervous because I have not had a car payment in 5 years. So lets say I was treated very well and bought exactly what I wanted. We will be back.... My salesman was Sean Moses who greeted us as we walked into the dealership. He was very friendly and helpful with information on the new car. He had the paper work completed when we arrived and it only took a few minutes to close the sale. He reviewed the car with us and helped us to understand all new features. Since we had a 2014 Chevrolet Impala there was little difference for us. The car was ready for us upon arrival. Sean kept asking us if we had any questions. He was a very nice young man. Experience beyond compare I recently had my daily driver die on me. I was in need of a vehicle and would be forced to get one that weekend. I had talked to other dealer told them what I wanted and what I had to work with. Brandon Mathis told me he had a vehicle that was what I wanted if color wasn't an option. It was perfect. The rest of the team saw how enthusiastic I was about the car so they went to work to make sure I got it. Ben, the finance manager, almost guaranteed me the vehicle. When the manager heard I was in need and had found what I wanted, he worked hard to make sure it was mine. I have bought car from other dealerships, but this was the first time I had a team from the sales person up to the manager go above and beyond to ensure my experience was a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More
