The Spark was just a little bit more to our liking and when Tim Cook from Mtn view Chevy called me, we were getting ready to go test drive one. We arrived at the dealership and we're warmly greeted by Tim. At that time he showed us the Spark and we determined that it was just too small to suit our needs. He then asked us a few questions about what we were wanting and needing and showed us the Cruze. It was definitely more in line as far as size and features. We ended up purchasing the Cruze. Tim was awesome. He asked us the right questions, determined the vehicle with the right features didn't try to push us into something we didn't want or need, Gave us a fair price,didnt wast our time, And sent us home with the best vehicle. Great Deal, Excellent Salesperson - Nada Smith We toured around the lot after driving 100 miles to find a Chevy Volt we saw on line. We passed a nice you lady who waived politely at us while she s We toured around the lot after driving 100 miles to find a Chevy Volt we saw on line. We passed a nice you lady who waived politely at us while she stood outside in VERY cold weather. We went past her thinking we could find the car without being "bothered" by a salesperson. Well we couldn't find the car so we motioned her over to our car when we came back around. She told us where the car was and immediately set up a test drive without all the hassle we have seen at other dealers. After the drive we knew we wanted to buy the car but at a price we could live with. After one exchange of prices with the hidden "sales manager", Nada went and got him and all of us sat down to negotiate the final price, relatively quickly. It was within where I wanted to be so I consider it an EXCELLENT price. I have bought numerous cars in my lifetime but never a new one with so little pain and time. Nada stayed and cleaned the windows on the car, filled the gas tank and prepped the car as the service guys had already left. Once everything was complete she connected my phone to the car and activated my OnStar. What an excellent, dedicated sales person. Thank you, Nada More
