Bought an Equinox in October of 2025 and was looking to trade it in for a Traverse. Ben Taylor was the salesperson I dealt with both times and I don’t know who the finance manager was bc Ben always referre trade it in for a Traverse. This time their customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE and not helpful at all. I asked a couple questions and for some reason Ben nor “HE” could give me any answers. I don’t recommend Mountain View Chevrolet when buying a vehicle. I will take my business elsewhere! More
