Bought my truck 45 days ago, brought it in for a few small issues, one being a steering wheel shaking when going 60+ mph, the service dept told me I need to pay to have my tires rebalanced because I hav small issues, one being a steering wheel shaking when going 60+ mph, the service dept told me I need to pay to have my tires rebalanced because I have had the truck for 45 days. Also, with another issue they are blaming it on the fact that I had the truck undercoated, when 100% I had the issue before I had it undercoated. Ben the service guy I dealt with did not care at all and was not helpful in anyway. More

The worse service ever. Ben never told me the results of the PicoScope test or what the ecm update was for. All he want to do is sell me more service witch will never happ Ben never told me the results of the PicoScope test or what the ecm update was for. The service writer was busy and I had to wait awhile but after the check in went fast. I had my wife pick me up. The repair took about 2 hrs. Ben left message on my phone.
