The shop has broken not one but two factory windscreens for my maverick. The 3rd windscreen is on order. They are going to have the body shop install the next one. After my oil change I received paperwork identifying issues with my truck but no one discussed or followed up with solutions or cost to fix. A few days later I get a call asking to do an online review. issues with my truck but no one discussed or followed up with solutions or cost to fix. A few days later I get a call asking to do an online review. I mention what happened and receive an apology but no follow up on documented issues. Also the online review was no longer needed. The owner and managers need to focus more on customer service than farming reviews. More
