Ciocca Subaru has earned my respect! I have to admit when Becker Subaru was purchased by Ciocca Subaru, I was very worried. I always knew I would be treated fairly and with respect at Bec I have to admit when Becker Subaru was purchased by Ciocca Subaru, I was very worried. On Oct 2018, I was looking to purchase a newer Subaru to replace my 2015 Crosstrek with 100, 000 miles. I of course went to Mike Mohr, as he was the salesperson who had sold me my last 2 Subarus. I am a tough customer and it takes a lot to earn my respect but now I know I can rely on Ciocca as I always had relied on Becker. I will admit that my wife came in with an attitude against all salesmen. This is something that she does not enjoy. Greg decided that it was up to him to make salesmen look good. And he did his job admirably. Making it easy for us to get the Outback that we really wanted. By the time we completed the transaction which went smoothly we both felt like we gained a new friend with Greg. The finance department did cause a little annoyance (we did not finance through them) but a call to Mr. Kyle Egge, the GM, straighten out everything and we are very satisfied with our experience. What I didn't know was, how different a dealership Ciocca Subaru truly was and the customer service they provide. Our salesman, Adrian Garibaldi, was top notch and a pleasure to work. He was knowledgeable of the product and had a great sense of humor. Believe me, I tried to rattle him the whole time! This was our first Subaru and I'm very excited to take ownership.
