Better than the competition Ciocca Subaru delivered on all promises and even had my 2016 Crosstrek ready to drive home before the estimated delivery date. Before dealing with Ciocca Subaru delivered on all promises and even had my 2016 Crosstrek ready to drive home before the estimated delivery date. Before dealing with Ciocca I had the misfortune of dealing with another dealership that over promised and under delivered. After taking my deposit I never heard back in regards to my delivery date and could not get a sales rep or manager on the phone for over a week. Needlessly to say we will never to business not recommend that dealer (Faulkner) to anyone. With Ciocca I was able to seamlessly pick out my new car, finance and confirm my purchase in under an hour. On the day we went to take delivery, we spent only barely ober an hour before we left with our new car, all questions answered and totally satisfied. Thank you Ciocca and we will always use/recommend your dealership in the future. More
