From a very young age I have loved cars, people and talking. Which makes selling cars for almost 4 years seem like I just started yesterday and it's a great fit. I enjoy adventuring in my free time to just about anywhere new and exciting. I also spend time with my very large family or getting out into nature for a little bit of quite time.

No longer fearful Ben is wonderful, an honestly nice guy and a very knowledgeable young man. As an older woman buying my very first car, that is truly mine, car salesme Ben is wonderful, an honestly nice guy and a very knowledgeable young man. As an older woman buying my very first car, that is truly mine, car salesmen are a bit intimidating to me. I brought a gentleman friend with me who knows cars, he asked the right questions, and Ben had the answers, not just about the Subarus, but other makes and models as well. I drove a Forester and an Outback, the Outback won me over, And Ben was able to point out the differences in the ride to me. I am truly pleased with the experience I had at Ciocca. Even though I am planning to keep this car for years, if my plans change, I will be going back to see Ben. More

A Truely different car buying experience I had been looking at the Subaru WRX for about a year, and started my search at Faulker Subaru due to proximity to my house. Faulkner wouldn't let me I had been looking at the Subaru WRX for about a year, and started my search at Faulker Subaru due to proximity to my house. Faulkner wouldn't let me test drive the WRX until I had agreed upon terms - which is the most xxx backwards approach I have ever heard of. All xx excuses, "they are limited in number" "people don't like to buy these cars with miles on them" blah blah blah - it's a 30k car, not a Ferrari!. I'm not an 18 year old kid looking to joyride cars on the weekend, I walked into Faulker as a 30 something married homeowner. After that bunch of malarkey, I kind of put the WRX on the backburner for a while. A year later, I called Ciocca, and had 0 problems setting up a test drive for the WRX for my wife and I. On a Friday night, Ben Walsh greeted us at the door, got to know my wife and I a bit, and then took us on a great test drive with the '16 WRX. Needless to say, I returned on Saturday morning to buy my brand new '16 Premium WRX in WRB (which I f'in LOVE by the way) There was NO high pressure sales xx, just a flat out good car buying experience - Ben was phenomenal! As long as my WRX treats me good, my next Subaru will be purchased at Ciocca - hands down. More

What a fun experience! As a first time new car buyer I was very scared going into the new car buying process. But once I started chatting with my salesperson, Ben Walsh, my worries went away! He wanted to make sure that I got the most value for what I wanted to spend and he didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want. I told him that I'd be "shopping around" and he even offered that if I thought I'd like another make/model car to go for another test drive in the Subaru make that was similar. Everyone I met at Ciocca Subaru greeted me with a smile and a handshake; I have left as a happy 2016 Subaru Outback customer and I've made many new friends! More

He was well informed about the numerous options available and helped me focus on what would work best for me. He was mindful to stay within my budget (frequently reminding me to focus on quality, not all the new gadgets available :) ). Ben focused on what I wanted and helped me figure out ways to fit the purchase into my budget. He was not overbearing about making a sale...actually suggesting that I take additional time to consider my options. Ben was helpful, friendly and clearly knew a lot about Subaru cars...what more could I ask for? Everyone we dealt with at the dealership helped alleviate the stress associated with purchasing a car. My elderly mother, young granddaughter and I spent the better part of Saturday car shopping. We were tired, hungry and grouchy. Ben made sure that we were fed, entertained and as comfortable as one could be in a busy car dealership. Mr. Masud had the unpleasant task of helping me figure out how to finance the purchase. He bravely answered all our questions and suggested several ways to save money and not break my budget. At the end of the extremely long day, I drove away from the Subaru dealership with a beautiful car and the peace of mind that comes from receiving great service! Thank you! More
