Hassle-free Experience We were looking for a late model Subaru Forester with low mileage. Our initial contact was through the Chat feature on the website with Tom in the Int We were looking for a late model Subaru Forester with low mileage. Our initial contact was through the Chat feature on the website with Tom in the Internet department. He emailed us regularly with inventory updates to keep us informed of our options. We saw one that seemed to meet all of our requirements, AWD, good safety features, leather seats, interior and exterior colors. We initiated an online chat on Saturday afternoon, 2 hrs before the dealership closed. Tom invited us to stop by, greeted us and introduced us to Ben, who was to be our salesperson. He took us outside, where the car was waiting for our test drive. Ben sat in the back and told us about the features of the car as we rode along small country roads and the highway. We stopped to change drivers so my husband and I could both experience the ride. Back inside, Ben was patient, personable and not at all pushy. He answered all of our questions. Our trade-in was evaluated, and the negotiating process wasn't long, drawn out , or painful as is often the case at other dealerships! We got a fair price for our trade and the new vehicle. The paperwork was handled swiftly and expertly by Mohammed in the finance department. He was very professional and personable, explaining everything in great detail. While we were signing the paperwork, Ben had transferred two car seat bases and mirrors from our trade-in to the Forester. They filled the tank and had the car running for us as we exited the building. Ben even quickly synched both of our smart phones with the Bluetooth , saving us the hassle of reading the manual and figuring out how to do it ourselves. He pointed out more features and we were on our way. We received business cards from Ben, Mohammed and Gregg Ciocca, Jr., who found us a lower finance rate than our credit union. The next day, we had a problem with the power lift gate. A quick call to Ben solved the problem. It was a simple reset issue. I thought it might require a service visit. I was impressed with how well-versed Ben was with the vehicle operation and that he was able to quickly resolve the problem. I was impressed with the seamlessness of our transaction. The Ciocca dealership seems to take pride in its commitment to customer comfort and satisfaction. This dealership is also commendable for the diversity that is represented among its employees! I give this operation 5 stars and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle there and recommend it to my friends and family. More

Very good experience My wife and I, (more my wife than I), dealt with Jake "not from State Farm" Marcus, and Ben Walsh (who was also very nice) assisted Jake. Jake could n My wife and I, (more my wife than I), dealt with Jake "not from State Farm" Marcus, and Ben Walsh (who was also very nice) assisted Jake. Jake could not have been more attentive to our needs, and more patient with my "very demanding" wife. He was very personable, and did not come off as the usual "pushy car salesman". I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that if not for the way he handled our situation, we would not have made a purchase at this dealership, he continued to stay in touch, trying to accommodate our needs, and eventually found a car and deal that we all could be happy with. Jake has continued to stay in touch well after the sale, and has kept us informed of every thing we need to know. If I do have one complaint, it was how long it took to finalize everything (which Jake had nothing to do with),we made a cash deal but still had to finalize the deal through the finance dept. The finance dept. salesman gave a very long winded speech trying to sell us an extended warranty which we had no interest in, and wasted a lot of our time in doing so. I would suggest that you request Jake for your salesperson, but if you're not interested in an extended warranty, let them know up front. More

Outstanding Selling Experience I was looking for a Subaru for some time, and all dealers I visited where inefficient and not really helpful. As soon as I entered Ciocca I was sold. Friendly welcome, great environment and experienced people that without me even asking had all the answers and gave me a thorough tour of the car that I was planning to buy. I'm 1 hour away from them and I wouldn't hesitate to go again if I have to. The selling experience was absolutely outstanding, knowing how painful can be to buy a car, they made it easy, friendly, not aggressive and really addressing my needs. This guys really got it when it comes to making you feel comfortable and relaxed when buying a car. Also, the post sale service has been great. Absolutely my best car buying experience. More

One of the better Vehicle Purchase Experiences My wife and I were once again faced with the challenge or finding a new vehicle. Our 2010 Toyota SUV was now 5 years old and we were interested in up My wife and I were once again faced with the challenge or finding a new vehicle. Our 2010 Toyota SUV was now 5 years old and we were interested in updating our transportation. We decided to attend the auto show at Stabler arena a short time ago and began looking at alternative replacement vehicles. We liked a few of the brands we looked at but most had certain things we didn't care for. Subaru was one of the brands on display and we were very impressed with the Outback, it's features and in our price range. We decide that this was the car we wanted. I went through Consumer Reports, who prices the cars through True Car and received three offers, one from Ciocca Subaru. Ciocca was not the lowest price. In fact the lowest price quoted was from the dealer that was actually about a half a mile from my house. I was naturally going to set sights on this dealer first. Ciocca, however, was the first to contact me. After discussing what I was interested in and the price offered by the nearby dealer they offered a counter price that was hundreds of dollars less than the nearby dealer. I was very impressed with that honesty since they could have offered a slightly reduced price or an equivalent price just to get me to come to them. That was the tactic of car dealers in the past. I accepted their offer and purchased from them. Every individual I met was exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful. Can't say enough. Kudos to Kevin who walked me through the operation of the vehicle and how things worked. He was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the Outback and answered all questions without hesitation. I've been around awhile and appreciate the experience I went through. Nice going Ciocca. Keep it going. You just may be the first one I look up when I need another car in the future. More

Couldn't be more EXCITED!!!!! Iv'e been to a lot of dealership's within the past couple month's trying to see if I can get something financed and none of the dealership's I went to Iv'e been to a lot of dealership's within the past couple month's trying to see if I can get something financed and none of the dealership's I went to could not get me financed! So I thought I give Ciocca Subaru a try on (6/3/2015, just by reading there reviews I knew this had to be the place. My credit was not so great (bad credit) and wasn't the best. I prayed before I left my home around 12:45p.m hoping to leave with a car. The time I walked on the door was greeted by a nice receptionist who offered me water, I Met the salesman BEN WALSH who walked me through the process test drove the car that would fit my budget and talked numbers.... we waited for the bank to see what they have to offer, it was reasonable based on my credit situation. Finance got me approved with my down payment of ($2000) I shopped for insurance while waiting... even printed my insurance car from their computer. I headed to finance and met MIKE VANOTTE (down to earth guy). Paper work was explained and got my own copies. We chatted and soon after I was out the door with my 2010 Toyota Corolla LE at 5:30pm Service was beyond Excellent!!! More

First Car Buying Experience! Ben happened upon my mother & I as we were walking around the parking lot looking at Crosstreks, and I am extremely grateful that he did. Ben was awesome, he was very informative, worked hard to get me the exact car I wanted, handled my Dad like a pro, made my first car buying experience a ton of fun, & gave me as much free coffee as I wanted. Ben also stayed late the night I picked up my Crosstrek to make sure that I was well versed in its features. Ben didn't treat me like a customer, he treated my like a friend, & I really appreciated that about him. I enjoyed the family aspect & positive environment of Ciocca Subaru. I also enjoyed that the workers respected the business they were working for, you could tell that they genuinely loved their jobs & their company. He was professional from start to finish. Ben made us feel very welcomed and as a valuable member of the Ciocca Family. He was very accomodating to our schedule and also with our time. Ben listened to what we were looking for and did his very best at finding us the perfect car. Upon delivery we had the sincere pleasure of Sara Diefendorffer leading us on our journey of learning all about our car. 1st Subaru Experience My wife was in the market for a new car after her original dealership told her that her lease was expiring. I thought that this would be the opportun My wife was in the market for a new car after her original dealership told her that her lease was expiring. I thought that this would be the opportune time for myself to also start looking for a vehicle as well. She currently has a Legacy which I fell in love with, so I knew I'd be getting a Subaru in the near future. TUrns out that my wife's dealership was a year off so she decided to hold off until her lease is due to expire. I jumped at the opportunity to see what I might be able to do with my trade in. I worked with Jared initially as our sales rep and he was able to help us narrow down choices that would fit within our budget. We had been there for a few hours and really got to learn what Jared was all about. He was helpful, polite, personable, and best of all there to provide a helping hand. We didn't leave that day with a car but, our options were plentiful. Before we left we met with Sayed (finance) and had received some estimates to what payments would be. 2 weeks later I returned with my vehicle as I was doing comparisons around the local Subaru dealerships. Jared was out of the office and I ended up working with Ben Walsh. Another solid rep with the company. He was able to pick up where Jared left off and show me some of the options that were previously discussed. After a few hours of back and forth with pricing we were able to come to an agreement . Ciocca has earned my business and trust in the fact that they will take care of their customers. They are very customer service focused and do whatever it takes to make you feel at ease. More
