When I get there, Ali was waiting at their parking, showed me where to park and lead me inside, which made me fell how they care about their customers at the first glance. Bashir already prepared some cars to see but I changed my mind to go with other models. He was really kind and asked Ali to show me whatever I like and stay with me as long as needed. Car was chosen and after a test drive the rest was just easier than shopping at Costco. Nice team working of these expert guys. They went through everything even without pressure on me. I was sitting at their coffee area enjoying my tea and playing my phone till Ali showed Up with keys and was ready to deliver my new car 40 mils away on 8pm. They Rock. 100% positive and recommended. I saw South Bay lexus has same model and color in stock. I only went to look hoping to meet fleet manager next week, but met David Mata. He was great—totally opposite of all my previous experiences at car dealerships. David was kind, not pushy, and was ready to try get me to the price I was promised in Cerritos. I didn’t think he could do it, but he got me an even better deal. He was also looking to make sure I was happy with what I was buying. Everything went fast and smooth. David even took the time to set up all my bluetooth to connect my phone, set up my navigation preferences, my radio stations, and seat settings. I would recommend anyone to come look for David at South Bay lexus if they are looking for a lexus. I’ll be back here for my next car!
