I saw South Bay lexus has same model and color in stock. I only went to look hoping to meet fleet manager next week, but met David Mata. He was great—totally opposite of all my previous experiences at car dealerships. David was kind, not pushy, and was ready to try get me to the price I was promised in Cerritos. I didn’t think he could do it, but he got me an even better deal. He was also looking to make sure I was happy with what I was buying. Everything went fast and smooth. David even took the time to set up all my bluetooth to connect my phone, set up my navigation preferences, my radio stations, and seat settings. I would recommend anyone to come look for David at South Bay lexus if they are looking for a lexus. I’ll be back here for my next car! Kept us comfortable and helped us tremendously with our options in buying the car, looked into our financial aspects and got the best deal. David is the best person to come into Southbay Lexus! He was very nice and warm, very patient man, did not pressure us into anything that we did not do but has also gone out his way by making sure we knew all the information we needed in purchasing the car including car insurance fees. Ramon Williams in this process had also been very pleasant and accommodating throughout this entire process, very friendly and warm. I highly suggest to see them both for your purchase of a new Lexus, it will be the best decision you'll make. Returned leased vehicle I originally went to Keyes Van Nuys Lexus and had a terrific experience. I since then moved to the South Bay and needed to return my leased Lexus to t I originally went to Keyes Van Nuys Lexus and had a terrific experience. I since then moved to the South Bay and needed to return my leased Lexus to the nearest dealership, which would be South Bay Lexus. I first met Benjamin Park, which I had an appointment with. He did not remember about our appointment at which point I asked if he would like to see the confirmation. He then proceeded to say he was busy and that another person will help me, Sam. Sam was not friendly at all with no manners what so ever. He told me to sit down, sign this and that's all good bye. I asked him what the process was and what I need to do on my end, he looked at me and said, "I don't know someone else will contact you". Then I asked "is there a shuttle or something where someone can take me back home (I'm about 5 miles away). He just says "no". He wanted me out of his sight ASAP. It was the most rudest most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will never go back there to buy or lease my next vehicle nor will I recommend anyone. More
