Very professional, friendly, attentive and personable. My experience at ALM Kia South was wonderful. The reason I visited this dealership was due to their large used car inventory. Upon arriving, I was g My experience at ALM Kia South was wonderful. The reason I visited this dealership was due to their large used car inventory. Upon arriving, I was greeted and received immediate attention by salesman Mr. Benjamin Rieves. He was very friendly, helpful, and demonstrated true professionalism. After finalizing the purchase to my vehicle, I was greeted by Mr. Jawon Shaw who also demonstrated amazing professionalism and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He assisted me with explaining the various functions of the vehicle and programmed my Bluetooth. About a week later, I experienced some minor issues with the car however not any fault of the dealership at all. I had a very small air leak on a tire, and Mr. Clark Steele from the service department took wonderful care of me. He also was very friendly and demonstrated professionalism. I had a wonderful experience with ALM Kia South and I am enjoying my vehicle. I would highly recommend ALM Kia South. Thank you again to Mr. Benjamin Rieves, Mr. Jawon Shaw and Mr. Clark Steele. Body shop painted tow hitch My vehicle was missing a tow hitch cover. Part of the deal was for the dealership to replace it. They sent me away with a “we owe” to replace the part My vehicle was missing a tow hitch cover. Part of the deal was for the dealership to replace it. They sent me away with a “we owe” to replace the part. I had to contact the dealership several times and was given several promises that it was ordered and on its way to later find out that it was never ordered. When the part was finally ordered we told the shop we wanted to come pick it up to avoid the very problem we have now. The tow hitch cover of course doesn’t match the paint on the bumper. I have since contacted the dealership several times to see what they will do to fix the issue and they will not return my calls or resolve the problem. I hoped they would have done “the right thing” but you simply cannot trust people’s word anymore it’s a sad world. I just want my tow hitch cover painted the right color. Doesn’t seem too hard. More

The salesman was wonderful and I recommend him highly. Honestly he is too good to be at this particular dealership. Very let down with how things were handled from the finance area. We waited for hours for a decision, finally an agreement was made, to have to wait and wait. The phone call the following Monday about our checks being stolen questions the safety our your customers information. This has cause great work on our part to change bank accounts and secure our assets . The only thing the dealership offered was too send us a paid UPS label for new checks since ours were stolen. I can say this is sketchy as xxxx. I will never do busy with this dealership due to the lack of empathy and respect for our personal information. I will never recommend anyone to the dealership in fact I will suggest anyone to stay away. At this point, I am very tempted to contact local news outlets to voice concern and outrage on how this has been handled. I will also provide KIA with a nice informative letter as well as this dealership poorly represented their brand. Again, our sales man was wonderful and I highly recommend him seek other employment at another dealership. Truly an assets that is not being utilized to his full potential at ALM. More
