Experienced My sales rep was very energetic and knowledgeable. He found a SUV for me and I was excited with the deal I got, but then after taking the vehicle home My sales rep was very energetic and knowledgeable. He found a SUV for me and I was excited with the deal I got, but then after taking the vehicle home, driving it around I really didn’t like the feel of the vehicle. KIA’s Customer Service Management worked on something else for me. More
