Horrible experience - avoid! If you want one sales person to ignore you (Benn), and another to talk to you in a very condescending manner (Kevin) - then this is the dealer for you If you want one sales person to ignore you (Benn), and another to talk to you in a very condescending manner (Kevin) - then this is the dealer for you. I'm actually convinced these sales men hate working with woman - especially women who they can't take advantage of. We were 99% complete with a deal on a car that was listed for 52,426 with 2200 miles - then I find out the vehicle actually has 4,993 - that's more than DOUBLE. In good faith, I asked for a the price to be reduced to $52 even. The response I got was "If you don't see the value, then thanks for your interest." I was beyond appalled by their lack of customer service - especially when you're buying such an expensive car. I also got ignored by both the sales manager Anthony and the GM David. It is clear they operate in an unethical manner and do not value their customers. Go to the BMW of Silver Spring instead. More
