Another Excellent Experience Just purchased my second vehicle from Benn Edwards at BMW of Catonsville. Like last time the purchase experience was excellent. Unlike my last vehicle, I custom ordered a 2020 330iX. The ordering process went smoothly. The car did get held in Vehicle Processing in Baltimore for a recall. Through no fault of the dealer, the vehicle took about a month to clear. Benn provided status as soon as it became apparent that this was not a normal hold. Once the car arrived, I was in and out of the dealership with the promised price in less than two hours. It pays to go in the morning. Only comment was that the finance person (new to BMW of Catonsville) did give me a bit of a hard sell for tire and wheel protection, not taking 'no' for an answer. But that shouldn't subtract from what was an overall great experience. Highly recommend Benn and BMW of Catonsville. More

Benn coached me through a few choices and did not try to “up-sell” me. He truly took into consideration my life and helped me weigh my options clearly without any pressure.
