Messed up licensing of our car. General manager would not return our call. Made sales manager deal with issue...he only wanted to talk and would not listen to our side of things. We were persuaded to use the GM financing even though we told him we had the cash to pay at that time. When the issue with title came up and we we said we were going to pay the loan off, all the guns came out saying Don't pay the loan off!!!!!!! We sent the check yesterday. Very stressful! More

While buying my first car, Dave kept everything simple and clear. No gimics no sales pitch. He worked with us to get a preferred price. Only thing I’d say is MSRP displayed online doesn’t include a 4k add and clear. No gimics no sales pitch. He worked with us to get a preferred price.
