I had many questions as a first time buyer and there wasn’t anything that she wouldn’t answer in the simplest way so that I could understand. She was very patient (as I’m sure most buyers take long hours to decide on a model). She made me feel as if I was never a bother since I asked to see several models and asked to test drive them as well. She was very understanding of my situation and did the best she could do to help me. I’m completely satisfied with my Nissan Sentra 2019 model! Berenice and all the staff are amazing! There’s no other dealership I would have rather went to! Thank you Berenice and Fontana Nissan for the amazing experience!! More
