We dropped our car off on Thursday afternoon. It was dropped off for an inspection oil change. We got a call on Friday morning, but the windshield wipers wooden pass inspection and service person It was dropped off for an inspection oil change. We got a call on Friday morning, but the windshield wipers wooden pass inspection and service person recommended transmission change cabin filter wife called around 2 o’clock service person said it would be done in 15 minutes And when we got there 230 2:45 wasn’t done didn’t do the Transmission flush and we did a good hour paid for what was done and left. Very disappointed. I came to use because I didn’t Like O’Reilly service in past two years I had an inspection gladiator flush that bill was 800 and some dollars I bought Wheels which was three grand From the parts department, I don’t know what to tell you very disappointment More
