First of all I want to say my buying experience was fantastic and I would definitely purchase again. My issue is my car horn has not worked in over 5 months and my truck also. I have contacted the service department multiple times and they are not able to give me a complimentary car while they service my car which could takes days. I used my car for my job which could keep me off my job. Then I go get an oil change and I saw my oil thick and black still, I went to valvoline that same week because the flush was never done. Still waiting on a call back. To many problems with this 2024 Kia Seltos! More
