Driven by Consumer Reports, my husband wanted a Telluride but as he hates slick talking salesmen, we looked up reviews. Union County KIA was quite a drive but they had the best reviews so we drove down and f but as he hates slick talking salesmen, we looked up reviews. Union County KIA was quite a drive but they had the best reviews so we drove down and found Bernard Graham, a let go and let God type not often found. It turned out that Bernie did far more work after we signed the deal than he did in the beginning - he put in a full 7 hours getting us acquainted with our new car and set up technically and financially. Laid back but with his hand on the throttle the whole time, the KIA staff followed his lead and gave us a great no pressure experience. More

Doing business with Bernie was a great, hassle-free experience. We were never pressured in any way. He went out of his way to answer our questions and make. certain we were confident in our choice of v experience. We were never pressured in any way. The day we went to pick up our new vehicle (Kia Telluride SX) he spent seven hour with us familiarizing us with the vehicle’s technology and driving with us. My wife and I we both given a chance to familiarize ourselves with the vehicle and drive it with him in the car to guide us our learning experience. We arrived at 2:00 for the delivery of our vehicle and did not leave until 9:00 that evening with all our questions and concerns answered. We were never rushed in any way. I will recommend Bernie Graham to all my family and friends. More
