You Feel Taken Care Of! I was unexpectedly in the market for a new car when mine had major repair issues. Bernie couldn't have been nicer in understanding my situation. He was so helpful and he really listened to what I wanted and needed. He didn't try to "upsell" me which I appreciated. He really makes you feel like you are his only customer in the world, giving you his undivided attention. He truly tries very hard to make you happy, not just make money. That's how I felt! He has sold my dad cars in the past and he thinks Bernie is the greatest. I had my dad with me that day and Bernie came out to the car and chatted with him like they were old buddies. It made his day! I guess my point is, Bernie really gives a personal touch to his work so you never feel like you are just another "sale" to him. You feel taken care of!
