My car looks perfect! When I bought my car, from my dealer Bernie, noticed some scratches on the hood that weren't there and a missing piece on the front. When it comes to being treated properly, one would think a Maybe the dealer is great, or maybe it's the staff I've had the pleasure of working with. When it comes to being treated properly, one would think a dealership is the last place you would receive proper treatment. I'm always apprehensive to go to any dealership and look at cars because salesmen pounce on you the second you step foot on the property. Bernie was called over to answer a few questions and we hit it off. He's super down to earth and no pressure. I've purchased two cars from him have had no regrets, and I didn't feel like I was being screwed when we were finalizing the purchase. Since then, I've always gone for oil changes and while I'm there, I go talk to Bernie for a while and keep him in the loop. In fact, Bernie insists on being in the loop so he can make sure you're 100% happy 100% of the time. I have had issues with things I've noticed after I brought my new vehicle home, or after the vehicle has been in for service. If you have issues with a department not wanting to work with you, let Bernie know and it gets handled. It's almost as if he owns the place. He is very straightforward, no BS, and recommends the individuals you and I should deal with to make sure your car is properly taken care of. Oh, and whatever brand you're looking for, if the Anderson group in Rockford sells it, I'm pretty certain Bernie can help you out. He is in the Ford building but can sell you a car from one of the other Anderson buildings if you are interested in something else. Give the guy a call or visit. You will not be disappointed. More
