For years I have dreaded buying cars and more oft Bernie Mendez from Laguna Niguel was exceptional in assisting me with my recent purchase of my C250. For years I have dreaded buying cars and more often than not would get immensely frustrated in the process. However my experience with the Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel would be vastly different. Bernie took the time to assist well above and beyond what I could have expected. First of all I dont live near this location and so trying to ensure the vehicle I was interested in there would still be there when I arrived. He not only ensured that it would be but also had answered all my questions before I even left. This enabled me to help determine without driving almost 2 hours if this would be valuable use of my time. When I arrived Bernie assisted me in then showing me the vehicle in question but also 2 others like it to ensure I would be happy with my choice. From there it was it was smooth sailing. We took the vehicle for a test drive and then went to the office to review the vehicle. There was no haggling or issues with discussing pricing. Bernie was straight forward and had all the options clearly laid out in preparation for me. It was a quick and easy decision as a result. I was then take to financing and to finalize all my paperwork. There I was fully informed of every detail of my loan and warranties. They were informative and detailed with how everything worked. Lastly two requests that I feel were taken care of exceptionally. First I arrived in a rental car. They told me to leave the rental and that they would take care of it. This blew my mind!! I had just been in accident the week before and my life was in bit of disarray. I could not believe that they would help with this as this is certainly not within the scope of purchasing a vehicle. Second, I was buying this as surprise for my fiance. I missed the chance to get the key chain from the store before they closed but Bernie first thing the next morning overnighted my choices!! I was able to pick her up from the airport in the new car with her gifts!!! This is a truly special place to buy a car and has remarkable people there to are real and not some pushy salesman. If you are looking for a great experience...look no further!!! More

Happy new Mercedes owner I was having car troubles for a year with my Chevy suv and decided it was time for an upgrade. I went to the Mercedes dealer with only the intention I was having car troubles for a year with my Chevy suv and decided it was time for an upgrade. I went to the Mercedes dealer with only the intention of comparing prices and looking for future purchases. I ended up driving away that same day (short hours later) with a new 2015 Mercedes Gla. Owning a luxurious car such as a Mercedes was always a dream. As an educator, I am grateful to be able to afford a luxury car and the purchase experience was wonderful and pleasantly fast. My auto dealer Bernie Mendoza was amazing! He is personable, good-humored, and genuine. He made the experience pain-less and made me feel at home. As I was ready to drive away he said "Welcome to the Mercedes family." A statement that resinated and made me feel prideful. 5 STARS I had the best experience at MBLN. My husband and I came in based off a car we found on the internet. We found a car we liked the day prior and went t I had the best experience at MBLN. My husband and I came in based off a car we found on the internet. We found a car we liked the day prior and went to another dealership, we were treated horrible and ended up leaving. I am actually grateful that happened because we found a car perfect for my daughter at MBLN, the salesman Bernie Mendez was awesome to work with. It was like visiting a friend; he made us feel so comfortable. We already had a preapproval to use our credit union and there was no pressure to use their loans. After meeting with Shawn in the finance department he explained how we could possibly save on interest using their loan but he didn’t want to pressure us. The next day our bank quoted us a very high interest rate on the loan. I called Shawn at MBLN and he took care of everything, he did exactly what he said he could do we got a low interest rate on a great loan. The MBLN team made us feel like family, they cared and wanted us happy and did whatever they could. They earned a customer for life. Thank you MBLN and see you at the end of the year when I get to pick my new car. More
