He brought my price down below all the other competitors and worked with me to get the price I was looking for. He provided excellent customer service and no pressure at all! I felt comfortable with him from start to the finish with buying my vehicle! Financing and signing all the paperwork went very smooth and easy. I also felt comfortable with them without any pressure! Horrible!!!! Not happy with the way they handled the sales of my car, or the recall. After driving down to Laguna Niguel I was told at the last minute the car had Not happy with the way they handled the sales of my car, or the recall. After driving down to Laguna Niguel I was told at the last minute the car had a recall. Therefore, it was no longer pre-certified. They have not honored anything, so far. Mercedes IS taking care of the problem along with my local dealership. More
