They use very gimmicky lines to try and fish for your business all in their end goal to rip you off and of course make maximum profit for themselves. There is nothing ethical with the dealership and especially Bernie Mendez and Tony Venti. More

I started by looking online and Bernie was more than accommodating and so responsive. He was easy to communicate with via email, which is always convenient! He was kind and really wanted to find a car to meet my needs. I never felt he was pushy and that was very important to me. Bernie was fun to work with and he worked hard and efficiently. It was an overall great experience in purchasing my first Mercedes Benz. Would highly recommend him.I love my new MB CLA!!!
