To ensure that we ordered correct options and colors, which were not on BMW website yet, we exchanged close to 40 emails. Bert was always responsive and professional, supplying pictures to ensure no misunderstanding. Then I decided to pick up the X7 in Spartanburg SC at BMW Performance Center. Bert coordinated everything, and was able to get the delivery date I preferred. Upon my return from SC, Bert arranged to have the truck detailed, inspected and plates put on. My experience with Bert Vargas, Hasan Barakat and Rallye BMW could not be more satisfying. Very professional. Highly recommended. I owned Mercedes-Benz and Range Rover so "premium" treatment at the dealership is not new to me, however Rallye BMW is a notch above. More

Another great experience with Bert and Rallye Once again Bert Vargas and Rallye BMW earned my business. This was my 5th lease with Bert and I have lived in FL for the last 3 of these leases. Bert quoted me the best price by far of any other dealership, making it well worth my while to come up to NY to pick up my new BMW. My new car was ready right on schedule and Bert, as usual, had all of the paperwork set up for my signature. Bert took care of my insurance and transfer of license plates and then also made up a special paperwork package for the in-transit situation just in case I was stopped driving the car back to FL. There was nothing that Bert didn't have a complete handle on throughout this entire process, from quoting me a price to writing up the order, which was pretty much all done via emails and one or two phone calls. Bert is super easy to work with, quick to know what you want and doesn’t play games getting to a price. I would definitely recommend Rallye BMW, and Bert in particular, to anybody looking for a new car. More
