Ann Gang made the initial experience superb.. She made it feel like you had known her for a lifetime- Bert picked up and took on the sale, Everyone is always very busy, but they draw on other to help ou it feel like you had known her for a lifetime- Bert picked up and took on the sale, Everyone is always very busy, but they draw on other to help out. (thus cutting down on your time waiting) Overall the experience was much better than other BMW dealerships and they made the experience very seamless. thank-you More
