This is why I have such a great customer base. I am passionate about my clients, as well as the BMW brand. Some of my favorite hobbies include fishing, boating, and hiking. Bert as well as the entire staff was great from the time we were greeted at the door until we left with our 328xi wagon. Bert did not use high pressure sales but instead made sure that we were buying the r we were greeted at the door until we left with our 328xi wagon. Bert did not use high pressure sales but instead made sure that we were buying the right vehicle for our family. He personally followed up to make sure everything we needed done to the vehicle was repaired. My wife won't go anywhere else after comparing her experience with Ford vs Rallye. Keep up the good quality and everyone will continue to return and recommend Rallye I know we see the value of the total experience. Ann Gang made the initial experience superb.. She made it feel like you had known her for a lifetime- Bert picked up and took on the sale, Everyone is always very busy, but they draw on other to help ou it feel like you had known her for a lifetime- Bert picked up and took on the sale, Everyone is always very busy, but they draw on other to help out.
