I’m Bert Vargas, a Client Advisor for Rallye BMW. I have been a part of the Rallye team since 2003, but my career in automotive began in 1987. I definitely know my way around the auto industry, which is always a great thing for my customers. I believe in providing smart, reliable, and honest service that keeps clients happy. This is why I have such a great customer base. I am passionate about my clients, as well as the BMW brand. Some of my favorite hobbies include fishing, boating, and hiking. I’m a big fan of college wrestling. I was honored for the BMW Profiles in Achievement Platinum level. I’m also a Corporate Fleet Specialist who is M Certified. I had a great experience at Rallye. Originally when I inquired about a car, they told me it had been sold, but called me back a few days later to say it was available again. I went down and it was exact inquired about a car, they told me it had been sold, but called me back a few days later to say it was available again. I live much closer to Hassel BMW than to Rallye, but I travel further just to get the service provided by Rallye. I have purchased 4 cars from Bert, and he has always gone out of his way to give me the b travel further just to get the service provided by Rallye. I have purchased 4 cars from Bert, and he has always gone out of his way to give me the best deal he can, and if/when I ever have a problem (even after the deal is finished), Bert goes the extra mile to find a solution. Most recently, I noticed that the Bang and Olufsen was providing a set of $165 earphones when their upgraded sound system was added to the car. I picked up my new 750Li in September, and realized recently that the voucher for the earphones was never provided. Bert repeatedly followed up with both BMW USA and Bang and Olufsen until he managed to get the voucher for me. This is far from the first time he has gone out of his way to help me. As long as I buy BMW's, I will work with Bert and with Rallye BMW. More
