Another great experience with Rallye I leased a new BMW from Bert Vargas. This was my 3rd lease with Bert. Although I live in FL, Bert & Rallye gave me the best price by far of any FL de I leased a new BMW from Bert Vargas. This was my 3rd lease with Bert. Although I live in FL, Bert & Rallye gave me the best price by far of any FL dealership and made it worth my while to come up to NY to get my new BMW. One the way up I hit a pothole and blew out a tire. Amazingly I made it more than 150 miles on the run-flat. Bert set me up with John Birro to have the tire replaced under insurance and he promptly took care of the tire and also the lease-end return of my old BMW. John called me every step of the way to let me know the status of my old BMW. Not only did Bert give me a great lease price on a new BMW, he took me to look at it before it was prep'd to make sure everything was ok, and then gave me his own personal car to use for the following 24 hours while they repaired the tire on my old BMW and set up my new BMW. That's the kind of service that makes you want to come back and work with Bert in another 3 years when my lease is up. I spent time with Aja Dewling and she reviewed some dealer add-ons with me (window tinting, wheel & tire insurance, paint sealer, etc.). She explained everything in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner. She made it very clear she was there to give you all available options but not pressure you into taking them. And when I picked up the car the following day she stopped by to say hello and wish me luck with the new car. That kind of effort makes you feel really welcome at Rallye. My new BMW was ready right on schedule and Bert, as usual, had all of the paperwork set up for my signature. Bert took care of my insurance and transfer of license plates and then also made up a special paperwork package for the in-transit situation just in case I was stopped driving the car back to FL. He also made sure that someone was available to review all of the options in the car with me as soon as I got there (and she did a great job - very knowledgeable and pleasant) so I didn't have to wait around. There was nothing that Bert didn't have a complete handle on throughout this entire process, from quoting me a price to writing up the order, which was all done over the phone in only 2 calls. He got me the information so I could track the car from Germany to the US and kept my informed via email of its progress. And the turnover of my old lease to the pickup of the new one couldn't have been smoother even with the fact that I needed a tire repaired during the process. I would definitely recommend Rallye BMW, and Bert in particular, to any of my friends looking for a new car. More

But the 2014 X3 didn't have the safety features I wanted - lane departu Went to another dealer to test an X3, as I wanted to downsize from a 2006 X5. But the 2014 X3 didn't have the safety features I wanted - lane departure, blind spot warning, etc. Thought I'd have to buy a now-bigger X5 to get those features. But when I went to Rallye to drive one, and explained the situation to Bert, he was able to tell me what the other dealer couldn't. I could order a 2015 X3 and get all the safety features and the smaller, sportier SUV I wanted. Gave me a good deal, and the car arrived sooner than I expected. The car is amazing, and I would have had to settle for something i didn't really want had Bert not been so knowledgeable. I am thrilled! More
