I live much closer to Hassel BMW than to Rallye, but I travel further just to get the service provided by Rallye. I have purchased 4 cars from Bert, and he has always gone out of his way to give me the b travel further just to get the service provided by Rallye. I have purchased 4 cars from Bert, and he has always gone out of his way to give me the best deal he can, and if/when I ever have a problem (even after the deal is finished), Bert goes the extra mile to find a solution. Most recently, I noticed that the Bang and Olufsen was providing a set of $165 earphones when their upgraded sound system was added to the car. I picked up my new 750Li in September, and realized recently that the voucher for the earphones was never provided. Bert repeatedly followed up with both BMW USA and Bang and Olufsen until he managed to get the voucher for me. This is far from the first time he has gone out of his way to help me. As long as I buy BMW's, I will work with Bert and with Rallye BMW. More

I was interested in a new BMW X6 and a friend suggested I called Rallye BMW because he had just purchased a brand new Mercedes ML350 from Rallye Mercedes and was very happy with the way he was treated and th called Rallye BMW because he had just purchased a brand new Mercedes ML350 from Rallye Mercedes and was very happy with the way he was treated and the deal he got. I asked him to find me the name of a salesman at Rallye, since my previous experience with a couple of BMW dealership salesmen in other locations was very disappointing in matters of customer service and professional demeanor. Needless to say, I didn't buy my vehicle at those other locations. My friend got me a salesman's name at Rallye, and that's how I ended up meeting Bert Vargas. A couple of minutes into our conversation, I felt that he was committed to helping me find the car I wanted. The same night we spoke he went to work and found me a couple of deals for me to consider, and helping me figure out to to get to the numbers that I felt comfortable with. He invested his time and resources on me in a very professional and pleasant way. I finally found a BMW new car salesman that didn't treat me like I couldn't afford the car I wanted (without having a clue if I could or not, which obviously I could and did)! And he even knew his product like no one else I spoke to before. I am very happy with my 2014 BMW X6, and I feel like I spent my money in the right place and with the right people. Ed Perez More
