My wife and I walked in to the showroom and we were greeted by Bert Vargas. He was very knowlegable about all lines that BMW offers. We checked out a few other dealerships before settling on Rallye. Their customer service was great and they had plenty of models on hand that fit exactly what we were looking for. They helped with all our questions about the car, financing, options, etc. I would highly recommend both Rallye & Bert. They got us a nice deal and took care of us from beginning to end. We had some timing issues that required rush work and they handled it to perfection. No complaints and I'll definitely be coming back to Rallye for my next bmw. More

This is the 7th or 8th BMW we have leased with Rallye over the past 16 years, and Bert has been our salesman throughout - he is great! Totally low key, no pressure, no hondling, just a nice friendly experience at the right price for the right equipment. All of his suggestions have been spot on. I especially appreciated his proactive stance on our last car, a 2011 1 series convertible that was due to come off lease in November. Knowing that I loved my car and that the 1 series was becoming a 2 series with the convertible not being available until sometime in the spring, he reached out to us and arranged for a pull ahead lease. He took care of everything, and now I am thrilled to be driving a brand new 2013 1 series convertible - a fantastic car. Love the radio/speaker upgrade - you were so right Bert! More
