When I informed him that this was going to be my first BMW vehicle, he took his time to answer my questions and explain the 'how's a and whys' in detail. Being a retired salesperson myself, I was impressed by his step by step approach and by his transparency in dealing with the matter at hand. There was no pressure or half-truths as I had experienced at previous dealerships. I like this very much.
