No matter what the deal, we were never completely sure that we were not being taken advantage of. However, dealing with Bert was a pleasureable experience. He made the process pleasant and stress free. He listened to our questions and made sure to address all of our needs and concerns. We felt that Bert looked out for us and advised us as to any special promotions we could take advantage of as our lease was due to expire.
