No matter what the deal, we were never completely sure that we were not being taken advantage of. However, dealing with Bert was a pleasureable experience. He made the process pleasant and stress free. He listened to our questions and made sure to address all of our needs and concerns. We felt that Bert looked out for us and advised us as to any special promotions we could take advantage of as our lease was due to expire. He worked with us to secure the best deal and we felt that we were getting good value for our money as well as a great car. At no time did he pressure us but presented us with all the information for us to make an informed decision. We would definitely recommend Bert Vargas and Rallye BMW to anyone interested in having a pleasureable and stress free car buying/leasing experience. We will definitely be back in three years. More

Bert as well as the entire staff was great from the time we were greeted at the door until we left with our 328xi wagon. Ann Gang made the initial experience superb..
