Bought a vehicle and am having regrets. They promised to fix a couple of issues for us, but have made no effort to inform us of any progress. We have called several times with no updates provided. Would encourage you to think twice about using this dealership, and if you have any issues, make sure you get their commitment in writing. We took the finance managers word that they would address our issues, but again, we’ve heard nothing from them and it’s been a couple weeks already. More

I found it to be a fairly easy experience from what I’ve had with other dealerships in the past. When I asked the finance person to quickly run though the paperwork, he did just that, while still providing had with other dealerships in the past. When I asked the finance person to quickly run though the paperwork, he did just that, while still providing the info I needed to know about what I was signing. I don’t recall ever having to talk with an “manager,” which I truly appreciate. Hate that crappy tactic. I also feel like in the end, they gave me the discounts they agreed an to and maybe a bit more, to make the deal work. Overall, great experience. More
