Brought my Chevy truck in for warranty service to have a new transmission installed. Upon completion of the new install there was an issue that was beyond the dealers expertise and they sent my truck over t new transmission installed. Upon completion of the new install there was an issue that was beyond the dealers expertise and they sent my truck over to a Chevy dealership to have the necessary repairs completed. When the other dealership was not performing as they should Courtesy Mitsubishi did everything they could to correct the issue and worked diligently to make sure I was a happy customer. Which included many phone calls and numerous trips to the dealer. I was very happy with the effort they put into my vehicle and the constant updates and help navigating through this. More

Bill would rather argue than listen, trying to get answers on why my tires are bald at 20k miles and he just wants to fight. Oil changes take much too long.
