Like a lot of people, I’ve always been cautious about car dealerships. Too many past visits left me feeling pressured or dismissed. That’s why I was genuinely surprised when my husband bought his 2025 Chevro dealerships. Too many past visits left me feeling pressured or dismissed. That’s why I was genuinely surprised when my husband bought his 2025 Chevrolet Silverado from Lester Glenn Chevrolet in Toms River, NJ, and the whole process was refreshingly easy. Two weeks later, when it was my turn to shop for a new 2026 Chevrolet Traverse, I was just as impressed with the experience. Our salesperson, Bill Caffey, had already helped my husband, and he treated me with the same attentiveness and respect. He walked me through the features of the Traverse in a way that felt clear and empowering, not overwhelming, before I took it for a test drive. When I decided this was the right SUV for me General Sales Manager, Nick Barille, stepped in to work with Bill on putting together a deal that fit comfortably within my budget: no games, just straight talk. What stood out most was how patient and responsive both Nick and Bill were. They took the time to answer every one of my questions without rushing me, and that alone made me feel valued as a customer. In the finance department, Devin Jensen made sure I received the same great interest rate my husband had, and the paperwork process couldn’t have been smoother. The whole Lester Glenn Chevy Teams was great, especially Bill! I called specifically about the Lakeshore Blue 2025 Traverse and that is what I left with.
