This is my first interaction with this dealership and with their contact person Bill Durst even though I have known of the dealership all of my adult life. The reputation of the dealership has always b with their contact person Bill Durst even though I have known of the dealership all of my adult life. The reputation of the dealership has always been 5 Star and I found that to be true in my interaction with them. Bill was always available and was immediately available when I went to the store to sign the paperwork and to pick up my beautiful new Canyon truck. Sarah, the finance specialist, was very efficient, knowledgeable and personable, as was Bill. My overall experience with both of them .was excellent. I would certainly do business with them again. This was the BEST new car purchase experience I have ever had! While visiting from California (Bay Area), I decided to stop in for a quick look on a brand-new escalade. Upon arriving, Bill Durst greeted my had! While visiting from California (Bay Area), I decided to stop in for a quick look on a brand-new escalade. Upon arriving, Bill Durst greeted my mother and I as if he already knew us. My family and I are long time GMC and Chevy owners when it comes to high qualify SUV and Truck’s however the new Cadillac Escalade already had my heart. Even better, the exact Cadillac I was looking to order was sitting in the front, right at the perfect time. Bill was professional, patient, and well informed to help answer all the many questions I had surrounding this amazing piece of new technology. I was not initially looking to purchase this car in AZ however when I returned to CA, after dealing with many of the Cadillac Bay Area dealerships, I did not receive even close to the high-level service I did from Bill and the Coulter Family. I called Bill a few days following my departure from AZ and officially ordered the car with him. Bill discussed in detail all purchase options to help create the exact Cadillac I had been dreaming of. He continued to keep me updated weekly on the status of my order all the way up to its arrival. Sarah Burt, Finance Manager, walked me through the purchase documents and additional warranty options. She was absolutely lovely! As a Senior Finance Manager in sales myself, it was important to me that I support a business that provides excellent customer service and high-level professionalism. I never felt sold or pressured during this process. This amazing team held my hand on each special detail request.
