I can not say enough good things about my great experience purchasing a certified E300 from RBM of Alpharetta Mercedes-Benz. Bill Favini was an absolutely pleasure to deal with: professional, kno experience purchasing a certified E300 from RBM of Alpharetta Mercedes-Benz. Bill Favini was an absolutely pleasure to deal with: professional, knowledgeable, prompt and straight-forward. I must have contacted 10 dealerships in the southeastern U.S. Bill and RBM made the decision a no brainer. I can't imagine ever purchasing another Mercedes anywhere else! More

Bill and the team at RBM Alpharetta were great work with. Bill kept us updated throughout the build of our new G63, even during the delay in production due to COVID-19. Once the car was ready to ship, he notified us (even sent us a picture of the ship it was on). When the car arrived they had the car in perfect shape and ready to go. They did a great job of going through the car with us and explaining all the features. It was a pleasure dealing with Bill and we know RBM Alpharetta will take care of us when it is time to service the car. More

Drove to this Dealership all the way from Birmingham, Alabama. Called a few days in advance spoke to Bill Favini multiple times because I was interested in a used Volvo they had recently received as a tr Alabama. Called a few days in advance spoke to Bill Favini multiple times because I was interested in a used Volvo they had recently received as a trade in. They had it posted for a couple weeks with no actual pictures uploaded of the vehicle so I called to get photos and get information about the vehicle. He sent me a couple of cell phone pictures and said the website photos would be up soon. I asked him about the appearance and quality of the vehicle and was told many times it was in really great condition. Fast forward to arriving at the dealership. I was immediately disappointed. The car had quite a few more dings, scratches, and cosmetic issues than I would think would be on a "really great condition" used car. The vehicle only had 60,000 but looked as though it had been driven at least 100,000 because of all the cosmetic issues. Also the driver mirror was completely broken and you could tell it had been for awhile because there was duck tape residue on the mirror. I was never told that the mirror was broken and when I pointed it out the salesman was shocked. But I had asked for him to look it over completely. After the first round of inspections, I took the car for the test drive. This was all fine and pleasant. I have driven a similar model of this same car so I knew it would be great. But with all the cosmetic issues at the price they had it listed before they "discovered" the issues, I just wasnt willing to purchase it. I've bought a few used vehicles in my life and I'm willing to wait until I find the perfect vehicle for me. When I sat down with Bill and my father to discuss the vehicle, they were not willing to come off the price. The only thing they were willing to do was order the replacement mirror so that my husband could install it, not the dealership, my husband. When I stated that it just wasnt going to work out, I was immediately bombarded with, "Well you have very high expectations for a used vehicle then." And several other similar sentiments. He all but flat out said that I was high maintenance. As a 24 year old married woman, I was very offended that this was said, in front of my father, all because he felt as though I had wasted his time. But may I remind you that I drove from Birmingham and wasted an entire day and the money for gas and food just to come see this "really great" Volvo when it had very much been misrepresented. So beware if you're a woman who expects good quality at a fair price because more than likely you wont find it here, atleast not on a used vehicle. More
