Great service My husband and I had been searching for an SUV for months. I finally decided on the GLC 300 Coupe. In searching the web, RBM's website came up, they My husband and I had been searching for an SUV for months. I finally decided on the GLC 300 Coupe. In searching the web, RBM's website came up, they had exactly what I was looking for...a 2017 certified GLC 300 Coupe, 4matic. I chatted with Bill Favini on their website, I asked if the SUV was still available. I told him I was not interested in seeing any other cars. Basically I didn't want to waste any ones time. I knew what I wanted and what I was interested in. He replied by saying he'll get back to me on the availability of the SUV, 5 minutes later he emailed me, the SUV was still available. I told him that we would be in the next day to test drive it. Immediately upon entering RBM building, we were greeted by friendly and helpful sales people, we told them we were there to meet with Bill. Long story short, my husband who takes weeks/months to make a decision purchased the car that day. That's how confident he felt and that we were getting a great deal. Bill was very patient, professional, never pressured us, made us feel comfortable....four hours later, I drove off with the car I wanted and haven't regretted the decision.
