We set up an appointment for a test drive with Bill. He graciously showed us the car we were interested in, and after the test drive we advised we were interested but would be considering other vehicles. Without the typical sales pressure, Bill advised he would be available to answer questions we might have while we did our comparison shopping. We stayed in touch for a little over a week and once we decided we wanted a Mercedes it was an easy decision to purchase from RBM of Alpharetta. Completing the transaction was a pleasant experience.
