Bill Favini truly helped me focus in on the model which fit my driving style (lead footed!) and my criteria (3 liter, stylish and within budget). We’ve been M-B owners for years so he was able to relate m fit my driving style (lead footed!) and my criteria (3 liter, stylish and within budget). We’ve been M-B owners for years so he was able to relate me to the newer models’ features including power, torque and handling in a way I could compare and hone in in on the model best suited. I was candid and a bit aggressive in constraining our time to be most relevant to my search. Bill did not disappoint as he guided me thru the best inventory of options then took me for a test drive that went as deeply as I needed to narrow my choices. Very efficient was the whole process. He did not pressure me but was patient and kept pace with my process. We met calmly and negotiated a deal that I believe was fair and below market price. Grateful for him guiding me to an informed decision. Then when I told him the C450 AMG sport coupe was a gift for wife he laid out the red carpet literally (black) in the showroom for me to bring my wife in later on for the huge surprise. Tears of joy on her face will remain forever unforgettable! Thanks to Bill for the smooth process and good deal of a great car! His follow up with my wife and me has been indicative of professionalism and care. More

I had a wonderful experience at RBM of Alpharetta. I went in on a Saturday morning, and was assisted within 5 minutes of arriving. My sales consultant was Bill, who was so helpful and knowledgeable. When we in on a Saturday morning, and was assisted within 5 minutes of arriving. My sales consultant was Bill, who was so helpful and knowledgeable. When we were done test driving he asked me how soon I was looking to purchase a car, which I loved because he wasn’t pushy like the typical car salesman. Within a couple hours I got a trade-in offer on my car, got approved for a lease, got educated on all the features of my car, and drove off with my 2019 CLA 250. Thank you so much to Bill, Tom, and Diane for all of your help. More

Best Mercedes Dealer in the Atlanta area. We bought a E350 Cabriolet from Bill Favini. Bill knows his stuff. He is an exemplary salesperson. He walked us through the entire process with no pressure at all. Lisa Brennan put our financing together and we got a fantastic rate. Neil Turry, the pre-owned manager sat with us for a while and helped put the deal together. All in all this is the best, most friendly dealership in the south. Before driving the almost 55 mins to RBM of Alpharetta, I made sure to view the reviews. I was amazed at home many people gave RBM 5 stars for customer service and professionalism. So I made up my mind to go check them out for myself. Let me say the ride was well worth it! Here are some reasons why you should shop for a vehicle at RBM Alpharetta: 1. Professional Master salespersons 2. Huge assortment of vehicles on the lot 3. The show room has tons of vehicles inside for you to drool over (lol) 4. When you purchase your vehicle you are given a very thorough “tour” of your car and how it works 5.”No pressure” type of environment. Let me just tell you how quickly I bought my car. I saw it online on a Wednesday evening. I contacted Bill Favini via email and he got back to first thing Thursday morning and had communicated back and forth with me via text, email, phone - whatever I needed, questions I had, he’d answer quickly. Thursday afternoon I went to see the car and before you know it....SOLD. Bill Favini was an exceptional salesman. I recommend you go see him. He will get you in a vehicle you will love. Very poor experience, treated rude I drove from Buckhead to your dealership in Alpharetta to take a look at one of your Pre Owned GLE's. I was introduced to Bill Favini by Mary Brown. I drove from Buckhead to your dealership in Alpharetta to take a look at one of your Pre Owned GLE's. I was introduced to Bill Favini by Mary Brown. I took a few minutes to let him know what I was looking for and we began discussing options and available inventory. About 5 minutes into the interaction Bill was handed a post it note by Ms Brown and he excused himself stating there was someone (apparently more important than me) he needed to "say hello to". Now I'm left sitting in his cubicle for several minutes. When he returned he told me that his 1:00 appointment showed up 30 minutes early so he was going to hand me off to another salesman. At that time I politely excused myself and let him know I would just go somewhere else. Not only was that rude and a waste of my time, it certainly didn't make me feel very important to him or your dealership. If I'm treated that way before a sale, imagine how unimportant I would be after the sale. Not a good impression guys. I was particularly surprised to see on your website that Ms. Brown is the Customer Experience Consultant. She should realize how that would make a customer feel. More
