Much more positive car buying experience than we have ever had previously, including multiple previous luxury brand purchases. Bill Favini the salesman and Rachel Collins in finance were excellent. The dealership held the car for us when we were not able to purchase at the time we first drove the car due to travel and circumstantial issues. They were very accommodating of all requests. There was no wasted time or gamesmanship. Although the dealership is not geographically desirable for our in town location, we will return for future purchases due to the positive nature of the experience. Well worth the drive. More

My salesperson, Bill Favini did a great job for me during a trying time - a global hack on dealership software kept me from completing the deal when I wanted to, something that was out of RBM’s hands. Nevertheless, Bill made sure the vehicle I’d chosen was readied for sale, and he kept me updated regularly and responded quickly to my many questions. I definitely recommend Bill and the dealership. We feel that our time is valued and Bill always take the time to listen to what we are looking for. There is absolutely no pressure to purchase and the inventory of vehicles is bountiful. The purchase experience was exemplary to say the least! The process was seamless and we transitioned from the purchase with Bill to the vehicle tutorial. My wife had her phone paired and all the immense personal features of the vehicle tailer to fit her driving style. She was absolutely elated by the experience. This is why we only buy rom Bill and use RBM for all our service and maintenance. More

I was in dire need to get a special car and had been to other dealers but to no avail until I gave a trial to RBM Alpharetta. I received a warm welcome and was introduced to Bill Favini. He was the best other dealers but to no avail until I gave a trial to RBM Alpharetta. I received a warm welcome and was introduced to Bill Favini. He was the best sales person you could ask for. Bill was very patient with me in making my choice based on what my idea was. He went through the inventory with me, helped me select the car i wanted and we built it together. I loved every bit of the process as he made it seamless. Lisa was the finance person and yes, she did walk us through the financing process as well and made it an easy quick process.
